Nika Health Products, Inc.

Nika Health Products is a virtual biotechnology company that has acquired the rights to three platform technologies.  These technologies include lysozyme dimer for the treatment and prevention of bacterial and infectious diseases, virosomes used as a drug delivery mechanism and ribonuclease dimers used for the prevention and/or treatment of viral infections (e.g. herpes). In September 1997, Nika engaged Century Capital to assist the Company in finding a corporate partner to develop the Company’s lysozyme dimer technology.  In January 1998, Century Capital assisted the Company in negotiating a license and development agreement for the technology with a major pharmaceutical company.
