International Pharmaceutical Research Inc. (“IPR”) was a middle-tier clinical research organization (“CRO”) providing clinical and data management services to major pharmaceutical companies.  Century Capital worked with management to ready IPR for sale. One of the key elements was acquiring a small start up data management company to broaden the Company’s service offerings. Utilizing its knowledge of the industry, Century Capital determined the highest value would be realized by searching for a non-traditional (a company other than a CRO) to acquire the Company.  Century Capital advised IPR on the sale of the Company to a Fortune 300 healthcare marketing company looking to enter the clinical research industry.  The transaction was valued in excess of $30 million.
