ACER/EXCEL (“ACER”) was a middle-tier international contract research organization (“CRO”) providing clinical and data management services to major pharmaceutical companies. ACER provided clinical services and conducted clinical studies throughout the world. The Company also had a joint venture to provide clinical research services in China.  Century Capital assisted the Company in refining its strategic plan and in preparing the Company for sale. Century Capital advised ACER during the sale of the Company to one of the five largest contract research organizations in the industry. The transaction was valued in excess of $35 million.
